These Terms are the agreement between you and Ablit ("Ablit", "we", "us") for the use of ablit.app, the Ablit apps, ABLIT CODE and the Ablit API (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it, and "you" includes it.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must give accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account and keys. If you believe they have been compromised, tell us at help@ablit.app and revoke the keys in your settings.
2. What the Service is
Ablit provides AI chat and agents built on uncensored, abliterated models; an OpenAI-compatible model API and the ABLIT CODE terminal agent; image, video, audio and voice features; cloud runs and scheduled tasks; and isolated environments in which agents can run commands, browse the web and use security tools. Models, providers and features change over time. We may add, change or remove features, with notice where the change is material.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Plans, credit top-ups and usage are priced as shown at checkout and in the product. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
- Usage (model calls, media generation, tool and cloud runs, API requests) is paid with credits at the rates shown in the product and the API documentation. When credits run out, runs stop or are refused until you add credits or your plan renews. Cost previews are estimates; the final charge follows actual usage.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel in your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends.
- Auto top-up, one-click purchases and saved cards work only after you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method.
- Credits are not refundable once used. Purchased credits that you have not used, and the unused part of a subscription period, are not refunded unless the law requires it. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal rights where they apply; by starting to use credits you ask us to begin performing immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost for the credits used.
- Monthly plan credits reset at renewal. Purchased credits stay on your account until you use them.
- Discount and affiliate codes carry the rules shown with them and may be withdrawn for misuse.
4. Acceptable use
Ablit does not refuse ordinary requests, and you are responsible for what you ask it to do. You will not use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- create, request, distribute or help with sexual content involving anyone under 18, in any form, or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people. This rule has no exceptions, no setting changes it, and violations end your access;
- harass, threaten, stalk or defraud people, or impersonate a person or organisation to deceive others;
- develop or deploy malware, ransomware or tools whose main purpose is unauthorised access, damage or extortion, or run attacks meant to disrupt services, including denial-of-service, against systems you are not authorised to test;
- scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs in a way that bypasses limits or pricing, or use outputs to build a competing model where the model provider's terms prohibit it;
- probe, overload or bypass our security, rate limits, billing or the isolation of the execution environments;
- share accounts or API keys, or evade a suspension or ban;
- violate the terms of the underlying model and media providers, which apply to the requests they process and which we pass on to you.
We may filter, refuse, limit or stop requests that look abusive, unsafe or unlawful, investigate abuse, and cooperate with affected parties and authorities where the law requires.
5. Security testing tools
The Service can run penetration-testing and network tools in isolated environments. You may point them only at systems you own or have clear, written authorisation to test. You alone are responsible for obtaining that authorisation and for complying with the laws of your country and the target's. Our environments block private networks and cloud metadata addresses, and we may block other targets. We may suspend access, preserve evidence, notify the affected party and report unlawful use.
6. Your content and the outputs
- Your content. You keep your rights in what you submit ("Input") and in the output you receive ("Output"), as far as the law and the provider terms allow. You are responsible for having the rights to your Input.
- Licence to us. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display your Input and Output only to run the Service for you, keep it secure, fix problems and comply with law. We do not use your content to train AI models.
- Providers. To answer a request we send relevant Input to the model or media provider you chose or that the Service selects. Their terms also apply to that processing.
- Similar outputs. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique; other users may receive similar results.
- Sharing. If you create a share link, anyone with the link can read that conversation until you remove the link.
- Feedback. We may use feedback you send us without obligation to you.
7. AI outputs are not advice
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, offensive or biased, and code it writes can be insecure or can damage systems. You must review Outputs before relying on or running them, especially commands, code and anything medical, legal, financial or safety-related. The Service is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You are responsible for what you run, publish and send.
8. API, CLI and IDE use
API keys are personal to you and carry the permissions and limits shown in your account. Keep them secret and rotate them if exposed. ABLIT CODE and other clients run on your own machines with your permissions; what they do there is under your control. We may set or change rate limits and block clients that cause instability or abuse.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Data handling pages explain how we handle personal data and content, and form part of these Terms. Business customers who need a data processing agreement can accept our Data Processing Addendum.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Open-source components, including the ABLIT CODE agent core, are covered by their own licences.
11. Affiliate programme
If you join the affiliate programme, the rules shown in the affiliate section of your account apply. Self-referrals, misleading promotion, spam and fraudulent sign-ups are prohibited and lead to forfeited earnings and removal. Payouts are made as described there, after the referred payments have cleared.
12. Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or security, and show a maintenance notice when we do. We may change these Terms; we give 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the product. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept it; if you do not, stop using the Service and close your account.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time by writing to help@ablit.app. We may suspend or end your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, fail to pay, or if the law requires it. Unused paid time or credits are handled as described in section 3 unless the law says otherwise. Sections that by their nature should continue (6, 7, 14, 15, 16 and 17) survive termination.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty that outputs will be accurate, lawful or fit for your purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, however caused. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and EUR 100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
16. Your responsibility to us
To the extent the law allows, you will compensate us for claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by third parties that arise from your Input, your use of outputs, your breach of these Terms or your use of the security tools without authorisation. This section does not apply to consumers where mandatory law prohibits it.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally within 30 days of written notice to help@ablit.app will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction whose law does not allow this choice, you keep the mandatory protections of your local law and may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence; EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Each party waives any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action to the extent the law allows.
18. General
These Terms, with the documents they reference, are the whole agreement about the Service. If a part is unenforceable the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may transfer ours in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Notices to you go to your account email; notices to us go to help@ablit.app.
